The inaugural JSU-NABJ Career Boot Camp is a FREE, two-day event for mass communications majors at Jackson State University. The topics to be covered include videography-storytelling workshop/ resume writing and cover letters/ and the art of producing. Learn about internships and jobs. Take professional head shots for your portfolio.
The event will be held:

Certificates will be presented to students who complete the boot camp. Among the boot camp presenters are journalists from area television stations, newspaper outlets, and non-profits and journalism professors.

The deadline for registration is Thursday, February 19th, but be sure to register early. There are only 24 seats in the lab, so registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.
